A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
HOW TO RETURN, If you wish to return merchandise to Big Game Pro Shop then we ask you do the following:
1. Within 30 days call 1-877-924-4426 or email us at (sales@biggameproshop.com) with your request to return or exchange and to receive your Return Authorization Number.
2. If returning or exchanging, the product must be in new unused condition in the original package like you received it. If the package looks damaged when it arrives do not accept it.
After we receive your Return/Refund request, we will contact you and advise you where to return your merchandise to. On defective merchandise, sometimes the manufacturer requests a direct return to them in which case they will ship you a replacement.

We do not accept returns on the following items: golf carts, cameras, custom arrows, game ears & mowers. Due to Liability we do not take returns on treestands. Defects must be handled thru the manufacturer.
