We strive to provide our customers 100% customer satisfaction. We will refund all of your money except shipping cost on items returned within 10 days. Items must be returned in new condition and in original package for full refund less shipping charges. Any items returned after 10 days will be for store credit or exchange only. Otherwise a 10% restock fee will apply.

**Additionally, refunds for any returned items sold with FREE SHIPPING will be less the shipping cost to and from the customer.

Returns will not be accepted and credits will not be issued without a Return Authorization Number (obtained by calling 877-924-4426).

We do not accept returns on the following items: golf carts, cameras, custom arrows, game ears & mowers. Due to Liability we no longer take returns on treestands. Defects must be handled thru the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ORDERS, sorry no refunds on special order items, unless the item was defective or damaged when you received it or the order was an error on our part.

EXCHANGES, we will be glad to exchange items if you are not satisfied with the fit or the color, before exchanging an item please contact us within 10 days for instructions as to where to send the product to, CALL US AT (1-877-924-4426) or email us at biggameproshop@aol.com

HOW TO RETURN, If you wish to return merchandise to Big Game Pro Shop then we ask you do the following:

1. Within 10 days call 1-877-924-4426 or email us at (biggameproshop@aol.com) with your request to return or exchange and to receive your Return Authorization Number.

2. Items must be purchased from Big Game Pro Shop and be accompanied by a copy of a receipt and must be returned within 10 days for a full refund, anything after 10 days is subject to a store credit or exchange only. Otherwise a 10% restock fee will apply.

3. If returning or exchanging, the product must be in new unused condition in the original package like you received it. If the package looks damaged when it arrives do not accept it.

4. Description as to what was wrong with the items. Example, defective, wrong size, or wrong color. And what your request is, return for a credit or exchange for other items. For a full return the item must be returned within 10 days.

5. For items returned for exchange please include the name and address as to where to send the replacement items.

After we receive your Return/Refund request, we will contact you and advise you where to return your merchandise to. On defective merchandise, sometimes the manufacturer requests a direct return to them in which case they will ship you a replacement.
